New Erasmus Ka2 Entrepreneurial EQ started with the first Transnational Project Meeting in Vilnius on March 21.
The project aims to merge emotional intelligence with entrepreneurial skills among youth. The 18-month project targets the holistic development of young entrepreneurs by integrating essential business acumen with emotional intelligence, fostering a community of innovative, resilient, and emotionally savvy leaders.
Besides our organization, the project consortium consists of the following NGOs: IDEPCIE ( Spain, coordinator ), IVAIGO ( Lithuania, the project writer) and Caribbean Education and Culture Foundation ( the Netherlands).
