Main aim: to equip young people with the necessary entrepreneurial knowledge and skills while integrating the principles of emotional intelligence. The project focuses on nurturing emotional intelligence to enhance their ability to start and manage successful businesses, foster innovative thinking, and develop resilience in the face of challenges. 

Objectives:

1. To provide young people with the essential knowledge and practical skills necessary for entrepreneurship, including business planning, marketing, financial management, and leadership.

2. To integrate emotional intelligence principles into entrepreneurial education, enabling young people to understand and manage their emotions effectively, build positive relationships, and make informed decisions.

3. To foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills among young entrepreneurs through workshops, interactive activities, and entrepreneurial challenges.

4. To promote collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing among young entrepreneurs, creating a supportive and inspiring entrepreneurial community.5. To facilitate the development of personal attributes such as self-confidence, adaptability, resilience, and perseverance, which are crucial for entrepreneurial success.

Activities:

1. A kick-off meeting in Lithuania.

2. International entrepreneurial training and workshops in the Netherlands.

3. International mentoring and coaching in Spain.

4. Entrepreneurial community and networking in each partner country.

5. Intellectual Outputs creation: development of an Entrepreneurship toolkit, production of Success stories, publication of a Best Practices handbook.

6. Final meeting ONLINE.

Results:

1. Increased entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and confidence among young people, enabling them to pursue business opportunities and contribute to economic growth.

2. Enhanced emotional intelligence competencies among young entrepreneurs, leading to effective communication, relationship building, and decision-making in entrepreneurial contexts.

3. Creation of a supportive and collaborative entrepreneurial community, fostering networking, knowledge sharing, and peer support.

4. Long-term sustainability through the integration of entrepreneurship and emotional intelligence education into formal and non-formal educational systems, collaboration with entrepreneurial ecosystems, and engagement with relevant stakeholders.

5. The Entrepreneurship toolkit, Success stories, and a Best Practices handbook.

In The Future We Want project, young volunteers from several European countries via street performances raise awareness of harmful effects of fast fashion and advocate for its restriction by collecting signatures for the petition which will be delivered to the European Parliament in September.

In Your Voice, Your Europe! project,young volunteers have focused on the European Parliamentary elections and have written their wishes and visions for the future of the EU.

The youth exchange is organized by Polish youth NGO Fundacja Forum Edukacji from Jakubow (https://f-fe.pl/) .

Goals of this youth exchange include mastering skills, knowledge and attitudes in order to promote healthy lifestyle among young people as well as raising awareness about negative impacts of Covid 19 on mental health of young people.

This youth exchange will be attended by 6 young participants per partner countries of Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Turkey, Latvia and Slovenia.

The first part consisted of the meeting with the delegation of the Directorate for Development Cooperation & Humanitarian Aid of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia (MFEA) led by Mr. Edvin Skrt, Director-General of the Directorate.

The importance of partnership cooperation between SLOGA and the Directorate of MFEA was stressed as well as suggestions by SLOGA members for upgrading the partnership in the field of awareness-raising, development and humanitarian activities of Slovenian NGOs.

The second part consisted of the annual meeting of SLOGA members where recent activities of SLOGA and future activities of SLOGA, especially those connected with the forthcoming 12th Slovenian Development Days in October 2024, were discussed.

The aim of the project is to raise awareness about the importance of protection of clean water ecological systems and thus drinkable water by using digital skills. Outputs include e-book and educational game on clean water resources by using digital coding.

The aim is to practically undertake 3D modelling and 3D printing activities. We have already learned about sustainable development goals’ topics in connection with young people by visiting the platform of Slovenian non-governmental development organizations’ platform SLOGA.

We have partnered with Primary School Livada for practical 3D modeling and 3D printing activities with the aim of final products in the form of keychains using Tinkercad or similar software.
